The Polish Parliament passed the renewables bill at the beginning of the month which means that new rules of improving the Polish industry, especially the mining industry, will be implemented. New long-term subsidies for renewable energy are also included in the bill. The bill was passed with 228 votes in favor of the bill, 167 against the bill and two abstained.

Poland is an appreciated business destination in Europe and this fact reflects in the numbers that confirm the foreign investments percentage and the overall consumer confidence. With 2014 now over, investors are looking towards 2015 and the signs are promising. The country has recorded good values for unemployment and consumer confidence during the last months of the previous year. Analysts believe that 2015 will be a good year for investments, especially in developing industries, like outsourcing.
