Scandinavian firms and business people have invested approximately 11 billion euros in Poland during the last ten years. The service sector was the most popular business choice for Scandinavian entrepreneurs in Poland who wanted to open a company, followed by the commerce and production sectors. According to the Scandinavian-Polish Chamber of Commerce, Mazowieckie was the most popular investment region, followed by two other regions: Pomorskie and Zachodniopomorskie. More than 2,000 Scandinavian companies are currently operating in Poland.
